Membership renewals are through Heartbeat

In 2024, we moved our membership program from the old website to Heartbeat. This allows us to have automated renewals, gets everyone on the chat app for communications, events, and information, and makes membership tracking easier. If you are an existing member who has not yet renewed through Heartbeat, simply click on the button below or on this link.

Please note that Heartbeat will treat you like a new member. That only means you are newly registered as a paying member on the app.

• If you have not yet registered on Heartbeat, then simply register as if for the first time with an email, etc.
• If you are already registered on Heartbeat, then use the same email you used when you signed up for the Heartbeat app. Note that your membership status will change from “Member” to 2025 Member.” This is simply a convenience to us to know who has renewed and who still needs to renew. Once all members have renewed and are listed as “2025 Member” we will change the name to something more generic again.

We are no longer taking checks. Paying for membership via Heartbeat is as secure and easy as paying for any other online subscription, from Amazon to internet. We also prevent the problems with checks getting delayed or lost. Thank you for your understanding.
