Thank you for supporting the Catholic Writers Guild's Seal of Approval program! This form is for non-members to pay the application fee for the Seal of Approval program. If you are a Catholic Writers Guild member in good standing, you do not need to complete this form.
This form does not replace the Seal of Approval application. You must have already submitted an SOA Application for this quarter prior to paying the fee.
There are two parts to the form. On the first page, below, you will indicate your name, email, and book title. When you submit this form, you'll be taken to the shopping cart to pay the SOA Application Fee for this book. You can choose to pay by check or card in the shopping cart.
If you pay by check, please indicate clearly that it is for the SOA Application. If you submitted with a pen name, please include that on the check as well, so we can match it to your application. Your application will not be processed until we receive your check.
